Terms of Service

By registering and purchasing any program, you agree to all terms and conditions:

License to Access the Program
Unless otherwise stated, it owns the intellectual property rights found within the program. All intellectual property
rights are reserved. You may view, download, and print pages or other content from the program for your personal
and learning use (subject to the restrictions set below and elsewhere in these terms and conditions).
You May Not:
● Republish material from the program.
● Sell, rent, or sub-license material from the program.
● Show any material from the program in public.
● Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or otherwise exploit material from the program for commercial purposes.
● Edit or otherwise modify any material from the program.
● Redistribute material (except for content specifically and expressly made available for personal
redistribution)

Refund Policy
The customer agrees to pay the total amount of the program. Whether a customer chooses installment payment plans
or decides to pay in full, the customer understands that there are no refunds of any kind. Please note that the
program fee is expected to be paid in full. All sales are final. No refunds will be provided. If you selected the
payment plan and your card is declined for any reason, you will be notified by email to update your credit card. If you
have not provided a form of payment for a successful charge by midnight of the following day, your enrollment will be
suspended until payment is made. Suppose your payment becomes seven days past due. In that case, your
enrollment will be terminated, and your account may be turned over to a collections agency or legal team to recover
the outstanding balance and late fees. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing the
program.

Attendance
No cancellations will be accepted. All deposit fees and recurring payments are nonrefundable. If the paying customer
does not wish to resume the program for any reason (e.g. personal, physical, emotional, or financial), no refund will be
provided. It is up to the customer to participate in complete worksheets, exercises, and assignments. As a customer,
you agree and understand that it is up to you (the paying customer) to act to see any business growth and results (if
any). Unforeseen Circumstances: Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may require a cancellation or rescheduling
of a class or session. The paying customer will be given as much notice as possible. The customer agrees to be on
time for each session with a five-minute grace period and no refund for any missed session after the grace period.

Cancellations
No cancellations will be accepted two days before Group Coaching or Private coaching.
We will offer a store credit to book your session for our next class, and it must be before December 15, 2023. A
cancellation letter must be emailed to contact@ajoupahunter.com three weeks before any group or private
coaching.

Guarantees
AJOUPAHUNTER™, LLC makes no guarantees about any results or success that you will get or receive from the
program. It is up to the customer to participate, execute, and apply any informative knowledge to their business or
themselves.

Disclaimer
Any information in the product or service you purchase is for informative purposes only, based on the creator’s
experience. Under any circumstances, the creator assumes no responsibility for any actions because of the
information contained herein. There is no assurance or guarantee (unless otherwise stated) that you will achieve the
same results as clients or examples mentioned in any material you purchase or featured in testimonials.
There is absolutely no assurance that any prior successes or past results pertaining to business earnings or growth
can be used as an indication of your future success or results. Business growth and income results are based on
many factors the creator cannot control and be held responsible for. We cannot guarantee any results as we do not
know you, your background or business, your work ethic, or your business skills or practices. Customers who
purchase our products or services are advised to do their own due diligence when making business decisions. By
completing a purchase on ajoupahunter™, you agree that we are not responsible for the success or failure of your
business decisions relating to any information presented by our company, website, products, or services.

Releasing AJoupaHunter™, LLC Of Liability
AjoupaHunter, LLC will not be liable for any actions you do or not take based on the program’s information.
AJOUPAHUNTER™, LLC will not be held responsible for any form of damages or any legal claims based on your
use of the program.
